Founder & Managing Director
With over 15 years in business aviation, Aleksandrs built his career from the inside — starting as a corporate jet pilot and instructor, then moving across aircraft acquisitions, technical oversight, and investment advisory.
That path shaped a perspective few advisors carry: one that understands aircraft as operational platforms first, and financial assets second.
In 2025, he founded Celestique Aviation in Dubai to bring that integrated thinking to owners, investors, and operators across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
Josef Debono
Head of Business Development
Josef Debono brings over 25 years of experience in financial services and international corporate management. A graduate of the University of Manchester with a BSc in Financial Services, he spent a decade at Bank of Valletta, rising to Senior Manager, before moving into corporate advisory and cross-border business development across Malta, the UAE, and beyond.
A Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and licensed Company Service Provider authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
Josef leads business development and investment strategy at Celestique Middle East Aviation Services, connecting global capital with high-value opportunities in business aviation.
